Here are just a few of the screens included with AWWebPortal (Click Here to setup a demonstration)

In the example below, the customer (Pacific Inc.) is reviewing an overview of their order number 1001.

The Shipments tab screen displayed below will show all of the shipments as well as the open items for order 1001.

Note: The user can even click on the tracking number and it will bring up the Fedx, UPS, etc tracking system with all of the details that pertain to that specific tracking number.

Employee Specific Capabilities:

If one of your employees is accessing AWWebPortal they have the option to select a customer to review their specific information via the Web. The screen below demonstrates the ability for an employee to search for a specific customer by name or customer number. In this case the user is searching for customers with "pa" in their name.

If the employee selects a specific customer, (i.e. Pacific Inc.) AWWebPortal presents a list of all orders from Pacific Inc. Now the employee has access to all of the information in the AWWebPortal query screens related to Pacific Inc.
